Jennifer offers an authentic, warm and non-judgmental approach to her work with clients. She enjoys working with adults, guiding them through the transitions and challenges of life. Jennifer’s approach encourages insight, self-reflection and examining life patterns for growth. Her approach is flexible to fit each client’s needs and goals. She believes the therapeutic relationship and gains made in therapy have a positive and powerful impact on clients’ lives.

Jennifer enjoys working with and counseling clients with depression, anxiety, eating disorders/disordered eating, postpartum depression and anxiety, trauma, grief and those interested in improving interpersonal relationships. Her experience working in the field of eating disorders and related struggles have given her an additional expertise in body image and self-esteem. As a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator for premarital and marital counseling, Jennifer also works with couples.
Jennifer received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is licensed through the State of North Carolina as Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
