Christine is a dedicated relational therapist with experience supporting individuals, couples, and families. She takes pride in utilizing a systemic approach to help clients navigate conflict and emotional challenges, identify and transform unhealthy relationship patterns, and develop a stronger sense of self. She thoughtfully understands that seeking help can be difficult and will always offer a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space for clients to feel supported throughout their counseling journey.
As a trained Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), Christine specializes in working with couples and individuals. She brings a nuanced understanding to the complex challenges couples encounter, including trauma, attachment wounds, intimacy, and infidelity. Christine utilizes evidenced-based modalities, such as Attachment Theory and the Gottman Method, to help couples restore and enhance emotional connection and safety.
Christine is licensed through the state of North Carolina as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and is an active member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. Additionally, she is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Neuroscience, and has completed Gottman Level 1 Training for couples.
